Monthly option is $31.34 for 1 unit & $8.50 each additional unit

Contract Includes:
1 Heating tune-up per year
1 A/C tune-up per year
27 point inspection
2 free service calls per year (exclusive to Diamond)
No overtime charges (exclusive to Diamond)
5lbs of free refrigerant (exclusive to Diamond)
15% preferred customer pricing
Clean heat exchanger and burners (exclusive to Diamond)
Clean evaporator coil (exclusive to Diamond)
Clean condenser coil (exclusive to Diamond)

Plus Contract option:
$99.00 per year, per unit

Contract Includes:
1 Heating tune-up per year
1 A/C tune-up per year
27 point inspection
Replace or clean standard 1" filters only (additional cost for special sizes)
Provided estimate of any needed repairs found during inspection
10% Discount for all repair parts and labor
Priority scheduling Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Inspect and clean condenser coils as needed
Inspect and clean evaporator coils as needed in place

One-time Option:
$49.95 per unit

Includes:
27 point safety inspection
change standard filters
Heating season inspection for all options include:
Clean or replace air filters with specification to option
Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
Inspect and tighten electrical connections
Adjust gas pressure as necessary
Inspect pilot operation- adjust as needed
Monitor flue draft for safe operation
Inspect and test safety controls
Inspect heat anticipator settings
Inspect thermostats operations
Clean heat exchanger and burners  (Diamond option only)
