Personally, I suggest the Diamond plan because it pays for itself after the first visit. With the Diamond plan you get 2 free service calls a year, 5lbs of free refrigerant, and extensive cleanings. Without the Diamond coverage you will be paying more than triple for these services. So, its peace of mind that pays for itself.
